I hereby solemnly promise, God helping me, to abstain  from all distilled, fermented and malt liquors, including wine, beer and hard cider, and to employ all proper means to discourage the use of and traffic in the same.

How to Join as an Honorary Member of the Woman's Christian Temperance Union (WCTU)

We invite you to send your $10 enrollment dues to: Mrs. Dorothy Russell, Nat. Treasurer, PO Box 3140, Salem, OR 97302. You may copy the WCTU pledge  given at the top of this page, sign it, and send it with your dues or after we receive your dues we will be happy to send you a pledge card. Be sure to include your name and mailing address with your dues. We will send you an informational packet and welcome you to a very special group of women!
